Oral-area piercings need careful placement so the jewellery does not rub against the gums or teeth. We assess this and choose a jewellery length that avoids contact.
All lip piercings use single-use sterile needles and implant-grade titanium flat-back jewellery. Because the mouth heals fast but stays active, aftercare includes oral rinsing guidance. Healing usually takes two to three months.
